Call for Applications: Marie Curie Postdoctoral Fellowship with the Aydin Group at LMU Munich

Are you interested in conducting cutting-edge research in ultra-efficient perovskite-based photovoltaics? The Aydin Group at the Ludwig Maximilian University of Munich (LMU Munich) invites applications for the prestigious Marie Curie Individual Fellowships.

PhD Requirement
Applicants must hold a doctoral degree by the call deadline. Candidates who have successfully defended their PhD before September 10th but have not yet formally graduated are also eligible.
In addition, applicants should have no more than 8 years of full-time research experience after their PhD. Extensions may apply for career breaks such as parental leave or long-term illness.

Nationality
Researchers of any nationality can apply.

Led by Dr. Erkan Aydin, our research focuses on the development of highly efficient and durable thin-film photovoltaic technologies, including single and multi-junction perovskite-based solar cells. We address challenges from materials innovation and device fabrication to process optimization, multi-physics modeling, and stability testing under realistic conditions — all with a vision toward industrial scalability.
